Staff Physician
Muhammad Munir, MD, PhD
| Dr. Munir is
Board Certified in Neurology and in Clinical Neurophysiology. He was trained in Neurology at the University of
Texas Houston Medical School. Dr. Munir completed his Fellowship in Clinical
Neurophysiology/Neuromuscular disorders at Johns Hopkins University. His
clinical interests include Electrodiagnostics, Nerve and Muscle Disorders,
Movement Disorders, Multiple sclerosis, and Stroke. His research interests
include
mechanisms of neuronal degeneration and regeneration. He is involved
in teaching medical students and neurology residents. He is a
Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurology at UTMB Galveston.
